This is only because there's one more ancient than legendary, but I digress
If the amount of Ancient and Legendary are equal, then their rarity is equal. Currently, there are only 2 Ancient cookies and 1 Legendary Cookies, which means Legendaries are rarer than Ancients.
Since they both is the same chance i think ancient feels more rare
Right now legendary because there is only one legendary and 2 ancients (increasing the rate of getting a ancient) as they add more legendaries ancients will be rarer
Uh. Ancient had 0,724% chance (2 ancient)
And just one Legendary have 0,362% chance. I think they are same rare, because 2 ancient = 0,724 ÷ 2 = 0,362%.
PS: now , they have 2 Legendaries (Frost Queen)

Legendarys and Ancients are equally rare and there's currently 2 Legendarys and 3 ancients. But I think Legendary's are better.
(I accidentally chose that ancients are better than legendarys)
