All Customers: We request that you make an appointment to pick up your items in Caledonia. To schedule an appointment to pick up or drop off your items (click on the blue box). You do not need an appointment to pick up off-site items in Hastings.

Smaller items won in our auction can be shipped to you! (packaging and shipping fees apply.) Please inquire before you place your bid. We do not ship glassware or fragile items. Items specifically marked "Off Site" cannot be shipped. We also rent U-HAUL Trucks if you purchase something big.

We partner with City Estate Services / City Antiques to offer a complete estate liquidation service. They will bring your items worth selling to our warehouse in Caledonia to be sold in our on-line auction. They can also arrange a dumpster and take care of removing the items that will not sell. Winning Bidders: Pick up begins on Wednesday, February 24, 2024. Appointments are required and ALL items must be paid for and picked up by Saturday, February 23, 2024 unless you contact us with other arrangements.

Any bid placed on an item(s) within five minutes before closing will automatically extend the auction for 5 minutes on that item.
In addition to the sale price, all items will have a 6% Sales Tax added plus a Buyers Premium.
Buyers Premium Information
For Items $5 - $500 Credit Card - 18% of the sale price per item. Cash is 15% of the sale price per item.
For Items $501 - $1000 - Credit Card 13% of the sale price per item. Cash is 10% of the sale price per item. For Items $1001 and Up - Credit Card 6% of the sale price per item. Cash is 3% of the sale price per item.We do not accept checks
Pick Up Information
Items must be picked up by 1pm on Saturday to qualify for the cash discount. Items picked up and paid with cash after that are not discounted.
ALL items must be paid for by the Saturday after the auction ends. Items not paid for by 1 PM on the Saturday following the auction will automatically be billed to the credit card on file for the winning bidder.
Payment will be automatically be made online when scheduling an appointment for credit card payment.
