The Marietta Diner is a beloved 24/7 establishment in the heart of Marietta, offering an extensive menu that includes Greek specialties and hearty breakfast options. My favorite restaurant for western food. Very delicious and dishes come with really big portions. One adult likes me rarely could finish one because of many good side dishes. The complimentary spinach cakes are so yummy. Steak and seafood combos are must try. They also have a lot of nice cakes, I will try next time. This restaurant opens late so very convenient if you work in shift 3 or 4 looking for good food. Highly recommended

Food was wonderful. Plenty of food. I made two meals out of mine. I had a chicken penne with sweet potato fries. So good. Our server was really amazing. He took care of two tables of 4 and everyone was pleased and felt like they were special. The dessert, oh my goodness...

If you like loud, boisterous and packed, this is your jam. We knew from the packed parking lot there may be a wait, but we were surprised when they seated us after less than 10 minutes. The menu is heavily Greek and Italian, which is my favorite. While perusing the menu. They offer egg bread and small squares of spinach pie, which were delicious. I had the baked manicotti, which was stuffed with ricotta and smothered in mozzarella with sauce on top. At $19.99, it was truly enough for 2–3 meals. It came with soup and salad. I had the seafood bisque, which was in a creamy tomato base with lots of seafood. While the menu prices may seem high, the portions are so generous that you will take home half for the next day. Excellent selection of desserts from cookies to cheesecake. Because they are so packed, they do seem to hurry you along once you are finished eating. For two people, two entrees with one co*ke was about $45 before tip.

Upon a recommendation from a dear friend, a Coworker & I decided to have Breakfast at the Marietta Diner. We both had Omelets, mine a Pesto & his a Ham & Cheese. I had Home Fries, he had Hash Browns.... Everything was delicious & prepared perfectly. Our amazing server, was Mr. K Piper. He was very polite and professional.Overall, a great dining experience!

Amazing service. Great hospitality. Wonderful food. You cannot go wrong with any item on the menu. Service is a amazing. All portions are huge, but you want to save room for dessert, they are amazing.

I went on a Saturday night with a party of three and I was sat in ten minutes. The staff was working in sync to provide wonderful service. The food was absolutely delicious and came out not even ten minutes after we ordered. The little spinach bites are savory and the lemon chicken soup is hands down one of the best soups I have ever had. Our waitress Georgia was the sweetest server and she was working hard to keep our drinks filled and to insure we were having a high quality meal. She made wonderful recommendations. The next time I come back I will be sure to ask for her as my waitress again. I would absolutely recommend Marietta diner. Thank you for the wonderful service

We love classic diners and the Marietta Diner is a great example of a classic diner. The food is great, many choices and the portions are generous! Our server Abel was wonderful, he took great care of us. He answered our questions, made some wonderful suggestions and made sure we enjoyed our meals. We brought home half of our dinner and cake to enjoy that night. We love the Marietta Diner!

Hey yall 😘Nice place to visit for a quality meal. Beautiful food presentation. The tuna had a good consistency, but without salt or season (You may like it that way. I do not not.) Service was good, even though it was very busy and crowded. Everyone in the group enjoyed their meal, from burgers to steak and cheese, to cheese grits and fried flounder to country fried steak potatoes and eggs! Good food choices (but, not much vegetarian or vegan options). Try it, you'll like it.

Famous Greek owned diner. Has been featured on several food shows including Diners, drive-ins and dives. The menu is huge, a book! Every possible option and everything we had was delicious. Greek lemon chicken soup was the bomb. A glass case of all kinds of dessert stretched around the corner. Prices were good too. Our server was super nice and very professional. It's an experience.

We were passing through the area and stopped at Marietta Diner for breakfast. This was some place we wanted to try on a past visit to the area and missed out on. We were looking forward to breakfast. I ordered the Strawberry French Toast and my wife got a Ham and Cheese Omelet. The food was good. My french toast came served with a piece of country ham on the plate. I do not eat it so I gave it to my wife and didn't think much of it. Halfway through the meal, a staff member (not our server) came over confrontational that I didn't order that ham. His tone and body language was very confrontational like it was my fault. Your staff prepared the plate and your server served the plate. I've never been here and didn't know there policies, it was a holiday I felt it might have been a good gesture. There was better ways to handle that, but tom come off aggressive like it was an intentional act by us to scheme them was uncalled for.

I’m giving a 5 star review to the Marietta Diner! The customer service was amazing. The food I had was amazing. I recommend trying the fried mac and cheese balls for an appetizer. I had the French toast with fresh strawberries and bacon for my dinner. It tasted great! I’ll be back again soon.

Marina was a wonderful server, funny and full of energy and light. The meal was outstanding, plentiful too. At first, I thought it was pricey, but after seeing all the food that you get, it was spot on. Soup, salad, appetizer, and huge plate of food! The place was very busy and on the noisy side being an open concept dining area, but other than that, perfect 👌! I would come back again for sure!Yummmm !!!

Amazing place! This place was packed and we got in quickly. Fast service, the food came out fast. The food was Amazing. As soon as we set down. We ordered and the food was there very quickly. The server we had was really great too. This is a great place to go. You get big quantities of food too. It was so good I want to go back again. Best service I've had in a very long time. I have nothing bad to say about this place. I would recommend this place to anyone.Go and try it for yourself you won't be disappointed.

Top 5 diner in the country? Gotta try that! Wait was 20 ish minutes on lunchtime on a Monday for 2. Staff was super professional and attentive. I was super impressed with how quickly they could turn a table, it took less than 2 minutes from the time a party left until they were sitting the next table, including a good cleaning! Son got a burger that looked yummy and he was very happy with. I got a pancake special that was very tasty! The desserts looked amazing I just wish we could have tried some

This is such a lovely place. The food is so good and the waiters are all so nice.we recommend this place to anyone who hasn't come here before its a must go to!!We had the Lamb Chop and the Salmon and for dessert we had the Rice Pudding (warm). We loved everything. The soup wasn't that good but the Mushroom one was good. They have very big plates if your thinking of sharing this is the place also.

I've never had a pot roast with tomato sauce! I took it home and made a gravy for it. My son enjoyed his chopped steak. The portions are good for the price. I've also never had rice pudding without raisins. Their pudding taste like milk and rice warmed up and it made me gag. Unfortunately I sent that back.

During our visit to Marietta, I wanted to eat in places that weren't chain fast food spots, in favor of places that are uniquely Marietta. The Marietta Diner stands out, cause of how beautifully lit it is at night, but step inside and you'll find a culinary experience. I couldn't stop raving about how great this place was. We didn't have to wait at all for a two-person table, and the menu was vast and wide, with all offerings from breakfast foods to lunch & dinner, as they are open 24 hours a day. The food was incredible and the service - very attentive. You've gotta experience it for yourself... you won't walk away still hungry or disappointed.

The food was just fine, but I will say the staff here seems to be very efficient! I was in a large party and there was no wait at all!I loved the ambiance, it felt very old school diner-y. And maybe it would have been 5 stars if I would have had a dessert. It was worth a visit but definitely not the best meal I've ever had.

We always go to Marietta diner the week of Christmas after seeing Christmas lights. There is always a wait but it goes by quickly. There are a million choices on the menu; it takes me forever to make a decision. You are served bread and spanakopita when you are sat. It’s impossible to pass up dessert, you pass the dessert counter when you are coming in to be seated and those giant cakes and pies look amazing! We always take a dessert home because all servings are huge.

Food was good! Definitely worth the price. They give you an enormous portion. Our waitress was fantastic she made the whole experience so fun. We went for a friends bday dinner and he enjoyed it plenty they even sang the bday song for us. Definitely will come back. The atmosphere was awesome and we felt like we were in a time capsule

This was on my Bucket List and did not disappoint!! So much more than a diner in my opinion, even had beer and wine options!! So many items on the menu that there is something for everyone, even the pickiest of eaters!! We started off with fried mac n cheese balls, fried pierogies and the combination platter (chicken fingers, mozzarella sticks, chicken wings, onion rings and French fries). The mac n cheese balls were my favorite, crunchy on the outside with a creamy filling of mac n cheese and they're served in a cheese sauce. All entrees come with soup and salad. The chicken noodle soup was bland, no taste whatsoever. And that is my only complaint because everything else was delicious and seasoned to perfection. We had (I was with a party of six) surf and turf, fried seafood platter, chicken cordon bleu, new york prime strip, fried chicken in a basket, steak and eggs, and waffle with bacon. Our server was great and did not miss a beat, very attentive. It was a packed house and there was a wait. Manager even stopped by and acquired about our visit. Oh, and don't skip on dessert!!

I’d been told (not being from here) that Marietta Diner was a staple with good food, and that I HAD to try it. Yesterday after a long day of visiting open houses, we stopped there dinner.Even though the place was bustling and Packed, they’ve got it down to a science! We were told the wait was about 15 minutes. Looking at all the traffic, I was more than skeptical. BUT in 15 minutes we were called, and were led to our table. As we breeched the dining room an older gentleman ripped the menu out of my hand while saying, “You won’t need that”. Because we moving so quickly, I didn’t have time to react, and before I could get into my feelings about how RUDE that was, a perky server popped up along side as if by magic. He took our drink order, disapperated (a nod to Harry Potter fans)! And reappeared with our drinks. He had a heavy accent that I couldn’t place , so I asked him where he was from. “Greece”, he said, proudly! I chatted him up (in as much as you can chat someone up in a super busy restaurant). Super friendly and Suoer efficient! I thought it was interesting that the only servers I saw were men.The bread that was served was pretty good (would have been excellent had it been hot). The Spanakopita was pretty good as well, but for my taste, it would have really good had it been served hot. Both my husband and I got the tomato soup (the soup was thick like a chowder and had something in it that couldn’t identify, it also appeared to have been loaded with cheese)? We both got a Caesar salad (which is SUPPOSED to be served COLD. This salad wasn’t warm or room temp, but also not super cold. Dressing was good (cuz if you don’t know what you’re doing Caesar dressing can turn out really really bad)!We ordered our meal, and when it came to the table I realized there’d been a mixup. They have a “Seafood Lover’s Treat” and a “Fried Seafood Platter” one is visually stacked on top of the other on the menu, & they’re the same price @ $39.95. I mistakenly ordered the wrong thing.I would have taken it because it was my error, but the fellow who brought it to the table wasn’t havin’ it! He took it back, and told our server. The server told the manager and then the manager came to the table.I explained it was my error and apologized profusely. And then he said apologetically, “It’ll take another 10 minutes to make it and plate it, is that ok?” OF COURSE! It’s ok?! Please AND thank you! I thought to myself. My food arrived pipping hot, but over cooked. It was tasty but some of the smaller pieces were rubbery. Portion sizes were huge, but also pricey. My husband got a dish with grilled salmon and pasta. He said the sauce was flat and tasteless.I have found in my travels all over the world, but especially in the U.S. that more often than not when you see a menu that tries to serve EVERYTHING that most things are just average or below. This is the case here.I gave Marietta Diner 4 stars because their system to get in and seated was flawless. Wait staff is WELL trained, friendly and conscientious, restaurant was clean despite having tons of patrons, but the food was just ok.

The staff is doing a great job tonight. They buss the tables super quick here but it doesn’t feel like they’re rushing you. My server (Fortini) did a great job and kept the water and coffee topped off. Beef tips were great. If you’re not carrying a to go box when you leave this place, you are too much. This is a restaurant you must check out of your visiting the area. The menu is massive, not for the indecisive.

A+ ✔️First time in. Very impressed overall! The service was warm, friendly, and attentive. Our server, Tim, was a prime example of hospitality 🙌 And he had a manager swing by for additional recommendations. That guy was top-notch as well! Here's the real sign of guest satisfaction: even with 101 things going on(I'm sure), the manager made it a point to stop by just after receiving our order to ensure our delight. Kudos! The food: it's exactly what we expected. I mean, it'd a diner. But an excellent one at that! With the abundance of options on the menu, it was well executed. It wasn't fussy or over the top. 🌯 The Gyro Platter - the gyro meat was shaved off a spit vs. frozen slices...a very, very good sign. 🍟 The fries were hot and crispy. Nothing to write home about, but not crap. The accompanying Greek salad 🥗 was just okay, and the tomatoes 🍅 for both the salad & gyro pita were completely unripe. But hey, that's not something to gripe about. The starter, Fried Pierogies 🥟, were flavorful and good. They may not be Grandma's, but they definitely satisfy. A strawberry shake🥤was ordered too...let's just say this fell flat. Not impressive for a diner. The hope was for a damn good one. Ya know, thick, with fresh fruit.🍰 Dessert: Strawberry Cheesecake & Apple Pie Cheesecake 👍👍 So creamy with a slight tang. Now, this may be subjective, but they were HUGE and delicious! We stopped in once in the past and just got dessert to-go(carrot cake), and it was just okay(again, subjective). One very sad 😪 disappointment:We saw pictures and reviews of how guests were started with hot, fresh bread 🍞 & spinach pie. We never received this beautiful display of a warm gesture. Not sure if it was the time of day sorta thing or what 🤷‍♂️✔️ Here's what you should do...GO. Don't contemplate it, don't fish for other options, just GO...to Marietta Diner 🍽 And come HUNGRY 🤤

Customer Service:Host was quick to sit us, waitress failed introduce herself but was prompt at getting our drinks and putting in our order. Food comes out pretty quickly especially taking into consideration how busy it was.Food:Sweet tea deliciously sweet. We were given complimentary bread and spinach pie, that I found surprisingly tasty.Cream of potato was amazing.Chicken Alfredo fettuccine was perfectly creamy & delicious.Chicken wing order got messed up…asked for crispy wings tossed in mild sauce with lemon sprinkles. The solution to problem was to bring me a cup of sauce. I didn’t like the wings. The food menu has an overwhelmingly large selection. This is great place to come if you need variety.Restaurant was very full but still had plenty of parking.Handicap Accessibility: YesI’d recommend this place but I wouldn’t consider it my favorite.

Food was good, atmosphere and service was great! Those in the group who had cake said it was amazing! Wish I had room after my meal!We had a large party come in, we were seated within a few minutes, and shortly after ordering food came out quick and hot!

Highly recommend stopping here if you’re in the area. It’s popular for a reason! Our server Annie was so attentive and quick with anything we needed. The food is delicious every time and the cakes… the CAKES are eye popping. You could easily feed 4 people with one slice of their delicious cakes. This restaurant is a well oiled machine and it’s a must visit place for me.

Excellent place to have any meal. They have you covered with many different types of food - Greek, American classics, breakfast, coffee etc. a great place for a meeting or family gathering. Full wait staff ready to treat you with kindness and service. The management of this place is top notch. Worth the drive (though it is located right off of I75 and lower Roswell rd), and prices are right.Upful vibes. Ridim - Bless up King🎚️❤️‍🔥👑

The food was really good. The prices may be little high but I think it’s worth it cause they give you a lot and I mean a lot of food. Our waitress today- I believe she is from the islands - but she was by far hands down the best waitress I’ve had, she was sooo pleasant and patient.
