Mmmmm…I’m thrilled to share this pumpkin spice honey butter recipe with you today! It’s easy-to-make, delicious, and made with one of the most amazing creations on the planet– honey! Bees are absolutely vital to our ecosystems and in doing their jobs, they create the most delicious substance! I’m a big proponent for the importance of bees, so I’m thrilled to partner with sponsor Buzz + Bloom Honey for this tasty recipe!Committed to protecting the health and vitality of the honeybee population, Buzz + Bloom Honey partners with Planet Bee Foundation, a nonprofit organization helping to heighten awareness of the struggling honey bee population through research, education and community stewardship. And I LOVE that! I actually had the pleasure of attending a last year, which was fascinating! Then, just a few months ago, we had a whole transient swarm of bees start to set up home in the eves of our attic. While I love bees, I don’t love them in my house (which can cause huge problems). But there was NO way that we were going to kill them. So, we paid more money to have a local live bee removal specialist (and apiarist/farmer), come remove the hive! It was incredible! So, I’m pleased to support a brand that is also passionate about saving the bees! TheBuzz + Bloom honeys also happen to be delicious – and perfect in just about any recipe you’d like, including our tasty honey butter! Buzz + Bloom Honey gently strains its honey, ensuring that it retains natural pollen, a nutritive component that also verifies the honey’s floral source and country of origin. Their honeys are sourced from trusted beekeepers in the United States, Brazil, Vietnam, Ethiopia and around the world, delivering a unique taste experience in each and every variety. We received the sample shown above & the variety in taste was quite noticeable! The spreadable cinnamon honey was INCREDIBLE!!! For this pumpkin spice butter though, I wanted a neutral honey – but something that was packed with honey flavor. The one I liked best for that was the Fair Trade Certified Honey. It had a rich, robust honey flavor without being overly floral – perfect for enhancing our pumpkin spice honey butter. Guys, seriously this stuff is SO good! We’ve been putting it on all kinds of different breads, toasts, muffins, waffles! It’s SO perfect for fall!!! Here’s the easy recipe:
