Payments
We're introducing a new beta that brings payment details to the Earn tab of the YouTube Studio mobile app. This beta gives eligible creators an easier way to understand how their earnings translate into payments. With this beta, you can view:
- Your progress toward your next payment
- Your payment history for the last 12 months including the date, amount paid, and a payment breakdown

There are several revenue thresholds that impact whether you're eligible to be paid for your AdSense earnings. These thresholds vary depending on the reporting currency in your account. You may be required to take an action when a threshold is met.For more information about thresholds, read the descriptions and see the table below.
1. Tax information threshold
Depending on your location, you may be required to provide certain information for tax purposes. If you are required to submit tax information, you will be able to do so when you first sign in to your account. Learn how to submit your tax information to Google.
2. Verification threshold
When your earnings reach the verification threshold, you are required to:
- Verify your identity.
- Verify your address.
Note: If you have separate payments accounts for AdSense and YouTube, you verify your information when either of your payments accounts reaches the verification threshold. You only need to verify your information once.
3. Payment method selection threshold
According to our Terms and Conditions, active accounts need to reach the payment threshold to qualify for a payment. Since we don't ever issue payments for less than this threshold, we don't allow publishers to select a form of payment until their current balance reaches the payment method threshold. Note: If you have separate payments accounts for AdSense and YouTube, you select a form of payment for each payments account when it reaches the threshold.
4. Payment threshold
You'll be paid out when your outstanding earnings reach the payment threshold, as long as there are no holds on your account and you're in compliance with our Program policies. For more information about when you'll get paid, see payment timelines.
Note: If you have separate payments accounts for AdSense and YouTube, each payments account needs to reach the payment threshold to be paid out.
5. Cancelation threshold
If you decide to cancel your AdSense account and your account balance is greater than the cancelation threshold, you'll receive your final payment within approximately 90 days of the end of the month, provided that you've completed the necessary steps to get paid.
Threshold values per currency and per payments account
Each payments account within your AdSense account (e.g., YouTube payments account) has its own threshold. The threshold values below apply separately to each of your payments accounts.
