Which is tougher, Pathfinder or Irodov? ›

I am definitely sure that pathfinder consist of more than a half questions which are far beyond the level of jee advanced. And it's obviously much tougher than irodov but I think pathfinder is a very beautiful book to develop your ability to think and imagine.

This book has really really tough and unique questions which you won't generally find in Indian textbooks and some foreign text books like IE Irodov and SS Krotov.

I will list down some of the books which are way more tougher than Irodov. The famous SS Krotov.

Customers find the book excellent, great, and the best book to prepare for physics olympiads. They also say the questions are challenging, unique, and conceptual. However, some customers differ on quality.

Irodov's book is known to be more difficult and challenging than HC Verma's book. It contains advanced level questions that require a deep understanding of the concepts and reasoning skills.

Krotov requires a lot more imaginative skills and an accurate depiction of phenomena. Comparing that with irodov, which requires a good level of mathematical thinking and is highly calculus-reliant, I can conclude that krotov is much tougher.
