It’s a new era for the Syracuse amphitheater, so it’s fitting that the first artist to play the venue is entering a new era himself.
Hozier christened the Empower Federal Credit Union Amphitheater at Lakeview on Tuesday night with a sold-out concert, kicking off the Amp’s 2024 season. It’s the first show at the Empower FCU Amphitheater since it was renamed in a 7-year sponsorship deal worth $4 million, after previously being known as the St. Joseph’s Health Amphitheater at Lakeview and simply the Lakeview Amphitheater.
