By Lora O’Brien

Whether you’re 8 or 80, you’re always the perfect age to enjoy a lovely ice lolly – or if you’re American, a Popsicle. Just keep them healthy by making your own!

There are lots of possibilities!

Pack them full of your favourite fruits, or make them creamier with the addition of coconut milk or avocado.

Tired? Add some strong coffee! Or if you’re feeling a little bit devilish, why not pop a dash of champagne into them for an adults-only treat at the end of a hot summer’s day? All you’ll need is a popsicle mold, some sticks, and a big fruit bowl.

These recipes are all vegan, or can easily be made vegan (by subbing agave syrup for honey, for example). Most are super simple and quick to make. Even kids could do it! (get ’em busy, moms!)

The hardest part will be having to choose from these 25+ deliciously healthy ice lolly recipes….
