* All houses must have at least : 4 walls, 1 roof

* All house foundations (walls & roof) must be constructed using gingerbread

* All decorations, props and house must be constructed with edible materials
(no metal frames, lights, etc.…)

* Houses must be constructed 75% by the person of submission (applicants name given at entry)

* Boards/ Trays/ Platters/ or Plates holding your house must not exceed 18” X 18”

* Houses have no height requirement, but must fit on 18”x18” base

* Houses must be constructed to withstand shape without crumbling or tumbling apart until judging day (December 10th @ 1:30pm)

* Any items that may fall from their original place after submission will be taken into consideration when being judged (with judges discretion)

* If multiple people are submitted into entry for one house, the oldest age will determine the age group placed

* Houses will be left on display at the bakery until 23rd

(houses must be picked up on this day or it will be thrown out).
