The Cloak of the Weave is a very rare cloak you can find in the third act of Baldur's Gate 3. Just like the other pieces of "The Weave" set, it provides its wearer with a +1 bonus to their Spell Save DC and their spell attack rolls. The Absorb Elements ability also provides a neat reaction that can save your spellcaster from taking catastrophic damage from a big spell like Lightning Bolt or Fireball.

The Cloak of the Weave can be purchased from Helsik in the Lower City. You'll need to reveal her true identity before she'll offer this or other rare equipment in her shop. To do so, head to Flymm's Cobblers and go upstairs. Loot the chest you find there to acquire a book detailing Gortash's dealings with Helsik. Then, present it to her and talk her into giving you information.
